Donald helped me upgrade my PC to a newer and faster model. I was concerned about losing data and files from my old computer but Donald addressed this problem for me. He installed my old hard drive as a second hard drive in my new machine to guarantee access to 100% of my data and worked tirelessly to ensure that the exact, right hardware was used to mount the second drive securely and professionally.
